Before I asked you how you landed, I was sitting with the ache of wondering how I had.

Finding my way back to Eden and discovering that God's confirmations are often wrapped in rest, beauty, and belonging. ✨🌿☀️ There are moments when God confirms a thing so gently that if you're moving too fast, you'll miss it. No fireworks. No grand announcement. No booming voice from heaven. Just a quiet knowing. A subtle nudge. A moment that settles into your spirit and whispers: "Pay attention. This is it." That's exactly what happened to me this weekend. For the past s

I — Invite God Into The Process You’re Not Overwhelmed Because You Lack Capacity… You’re Overwhelmed Because You’ve Been Carrying God-Sized Weight With Human Strength. One thing about high-functioning Executive Christian women… Baby, we are GOOD at a lot of things. We know how to lead. We know how to build. We know how to produce. We know how to organize chaos. Emotional Lockdown: The Protection Became the Prison “Perfect love casteth out fear…” — 1 John 4:18 There comes a point in healing where God stops dealing with your behavior… and starts dealing with your protection mechanisms. Pushed through exhaustion. And still somehow managed to show up polished, articulate, smiling

The Mental Cost of Being the “Strong” Christian Woman Let’s tell the truth. There is a version of mental exhaustion that doesn’t look broken. It looks successful. It looks educated.....Accomplished........High functioning. Still leading meetings. Still mentoring people. Still serving in ministry. Still building businesses. Still smiling in public while privately praying: “God… please don’t let this take me out mentally.” And if you’re a high-functioning Christian woman, chanc
